Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory. Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir. You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right. The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different areas of the property. Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
